@luio Do you know anyone in the UK that can buy you a pre-paid credit card? Presumably this could then be used for that transaction.

 

Either that or they could make the call for you, get your phone unlocked that way.

I am sorry this would not be possible on the community.

 

To get the device unlocked you would need a UK debit or credit card and would need to call us to get the unlock requested.

@luio   No one here will help you with this.   

Do you know anyone yourself in the UK ?  If not then the device will not be unlocked.   Your issue is with the seller and it’s down to you to resolve this with them.
