I have an old Samsung E1230 which I bought from an Orange shop in 2012 and currently use an EE PAYG plan. I have registered my account on the EE website and I have tried to unlock the phone on the 'My EE - Unlock Your Device' web page but neither the phone number nor the IMEI number are recognised. Any suggestions as to why this might be happening?

Hello @helenco to unlock an Orange device please call customer service on 150 from an EE phone or 07953 966 250 using options 2, 4 from any other who can process the unlock request for you. :):

It will be cheaper/quicker to get this phone unlocked via a third party site or down your local phone repair/market.
