phone unlocking page will not complete my request

website will not let me complete and just goes back to page one after asking for my device. why not just text the unlock code to the phone?

They speak to you to let you cancel the contract, send the PAC code by text but cannot do this for phone unlocking code purposes?

Hello @jstimmo sorry to hear you are having problems with the unlock page. It can only be used for unlocking devices you for personally from EE and not for second hand devices. 

 

Try another device or browser if you can or clearing the cookies/history of your current browser then trying again. If it still does not work or it is a second hand device you want to unlock please call customer service on 150 from an EE phone or 07953 966 250 from any other using options 2, 4 (lines open at 8am) who can process the unlock request for you.
