phone doesn't work

 Phone says failed to register and isn't working. Help pkease

  • What phone do you have, and where did you buy it?
  • Are you on PAYG or pay monthly contract?
  • Are you in the UK?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

It's just a bog standard send and receive Alcotel that my daughter bought from the EE shop and it's a PAYG one. I put the voucher for £10 on in July but aren't used it yet as it's really only for emergencies. 

I did wonder if EE had blocked it seeing as I haven't used it
