I have an iPhone 6s and I am with O2 my original one got damaged so my insurance company supplied me with a like for like. I have just up graded my phone and wanted to use my iPhone 6s on my husband who has an EE account. After putting the EE Sim into the phone it caused the phone to lock under US T-Mobile. I have rung the insurance company I have rang O2 and I’ve rang EE and no one seems to be able to help me I’ve took the phone to a shop who are also unable to help me. There does seem to be no contact for US T-Mobile other then phone which would result in higher charges. Any ideas on what I can do as I now have an iPhone 6s which I cannot use or even sell.

@Marksmith2612 A EE sim would not cause the device to lock to a US network.
