i have paid for my phone to be unlocked and have a code sent by you what do i do

I have paid EE for my phone to be unlocked and have been sent a code but cannot find any instructions to follow in order to unlock my phone

 

please help

Try putting another carriers sim into the phone.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
