Hi, I requested to unlock my device (EE Samsumg Galaxy S7) around the beginning of August and still waiting, although they sent me an email that it will take up to ten days. I am not a customer of EE since the 13th August but they told me that they will send me the instruccions by email. I am living abroad and because I am not a customer anymore is not easy to contact EE. I tried to call to the number 08009566000, but the call did not go through.
So I would like to know when I can get the unloking code and the instruccions to unlock my phone, and the best way to contact EE.
