XZ2Premium ebay unlock phone

Hello all.

I had purchased a Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium on ebay & the seller did not list that the phone was locked to EE carrier. I live in Florida USA & use T-mobile USA as my carrier. What are my options? Can anyone help me? Does calling the 800 number work? Thank you.

Hi. Thank you for replying.

So I live in the USA & the site is telling me that I need a UK Credit or Debit card?

Will a USA Visa card work for the unlock payment??

And can I call the 800 number from the USA??

@XZ2PremiumAFX   Your US visa will not be accepted.  I’ll give you a hint “eBay”

Your only remedy is against whoever you got the phone from.
