Why has my ee service been cut off BEFORE the requested unlock codes were supplied?
Typical of this cowboy operation. And the website must rank as one of the most useless I have ever come across.

Did you cancel your contract whilst requesting your device to be unlocked?
Your device does not need to be live in order to unlock it.
