Why so long to port number???

I received my new EE phone and contract a week ago and sent pac code (from Vodafone) straight away via online form. Receive email to say it will take 24 hours. A week later nothing! 

I have tried to get onto online chat this morning.  It's kicks me off saying it isn't open now and to get back during 8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday. (It's 9.45am on a Tuesday)!

Eventually got into the community after being told several times my email wasn't a valid email. 

Went with EE as had heard good things but right now very disappointed and I will be cancelling and going elsewhere if not sorted soon.

Maybe because of the Christmas and new years break has caused delays.


There is no specific account access on these forums so you will need to call 150 and speak to CS.





To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
