@Ishaaq07 Do you have a signal showing on the device? If you do and you can not call back to the UK just login to your EE online account and enable call abroad and premium rate numbers then restart the device. If you don’t have a signal on the device you’ll also need to enable roaming on your EE online account.

If everything that @Chris_B mentioned is all already set up, or if it still isn't working after, please try manually selecting a different available network:
|iPhone||Settings > Mobile Data > Network Selection > Turn off Automatic|
|Android||Settings > More Networks > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Tap OK|
|Windows||Windows – Settings > Mobile Network > Network Selection > Tap on start manual search|
