Why has my account been closed

My account has been locked. Do not know why

Are you talking about your My EE account online? Is your phone still working as normal?

 

Have you recently changed from pay as you go to pay monthly?

I am having the same issue. My account has been closed and I have recently transferred from pay as you go to a monthly contract. Any hemo regarding this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the community. 🙂

 

When you move to contract, you get a new account number. When you're logging in, the system thinks you're trying to access the old pay as you go account, which is closed.

 

Have a chat with our Mobile Care team and they'll reset your online account so that you can re-register with the pay monthly account. 🙂
