I am having the same issue. My account has been closed and I have recently transferred from pay as you go to a monthly contract. Any hemo regarding this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the community. 🙂
When you move to contract, you get a new account number. When you're logging in, the system thinks you're trying to access the old pay as you go account, which is closed.
Have a chat with our Mobile Care team and they'll reset your online account so that you can re-register with the pay monthly account. 🙂
