I have waited 10 days as advised and heard nothing via email or text. If it has been posted to me I am overseas so cannot access my post at this time. I urgently need the code but am unable to call 150. Is there a customer services email I would be able to contact for advice?

purchased from EE
By whom? You? If not, you can't use the form. For 2nd hand phones you need to call EE.

@Gemmahs If you have no signal because your abroad and you didn't enabled roaming on your account then how do you expect EE to text you that it's unlocked? And there is no code for an iPhone it's controlled by Apple and you only need to put a different network SIM card in the device to complete the unlock process.

@Gemmahs How long have you had the device from EE ? As EE will not unlock a device if you've had it less than 6 months if you got the device yourself from EE.

@Gemmahs Get yourself a different network SIM card and put it in the device. It sounds like you just haven't received the text from EE telling you it's unlocked.
You actually don't use a code with a iPhone as the unlock of the device is controlled by Apple and their activation servers.
The SIM card you use has to come from a network that supports the iPhone.
