What is np code

My phone has somehow blocked or something!

It just keeps saying "input np code" ...what or where do I find this?

Re: What is np code

@Gillyt4 : It means your phone is locked to particular provider. Is this a phone you got from EE? Are you trying to put another network's SIM in it? To do that you would need it to be unlocked by EE.

Hi @Gillyt4

Thanks for posting on the community.

Where did you purchase the device?

Has this worked with your EE SIM previously?
