Waiting for the text message from EE to unlock my phone.

I am in Vietnam and have been waiting 10days for EE to send me a code to unlock my phone.

 

Please Help

How did you apply for unlocking?

@LilGig   How long have you had the device from EE, as EE will not unlock a device until you've owned that device for 6 months.

I requested a iPhone SE to be unlocked. Ten days ago.
