Unlocking phone, haven't received and sim has been deactivated

Hi,

 

I recently moved to a business telephone provider. I knew I had to unlock my phone but since I had to give notice on my contract, I assumed my Sim would be active for the remainder of that contract.

 

I did an online form and supplied all info to get my phone unlocked and it said I would receive a number via text or email. It's been over 72 hours on a Samsung S8. I have yet to receive a code via email and obviously, I can't receive texts, nor can I call someone for help.

 

What are my options?

It can take 10 days to receive an unlock code.

 

You will need to speak to CS about how to receive your code now that your aim is deactivated.
