Unlocking my phone

Hi, I had filled out a form to unlock my phone and made sure there was enough credit on my phone to get it unlocked but i got a message saying that my account is not correctly registered.

Welcome to the community.

 

You will need to speak to our customer service team who will be able to get the account fully registered and transfer you to the unlocking team.
