Unlocking my phone

I rang up EE on Friday, to get my pac code, and that was fine, got it via the phone and email straight away. 

I also asked my phobe to be u locked, witch i was tols i should get an email within 20 min of th call. It now has been 4 days and im still waiting. 

How will i know if they are actually doing it, is it done or what is happening??

There are thousands of threads explaining the answer to this question in the unlock forum. 

 

It can take up to 10 working days depending on your device.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
