Unlocking Pay as Go device failed

Hi there,

 

I purchased Pay as you Go device from EE Store in December 2016. I asked to unlock device straigh away, but for some reason I didn't receive any notifications and it wasn't unlocked either.

 

So I followed instructions:

and submitted form:

https://myaccount.ee.co.uk/device-unlock/

 

A few days later I received text message that my device couldn't be unlocked and asked me to fill the same form.

 

I am super confused. Can anyone please help me understand what's going on?

Hi and welcome to the Community @oktkanko

 

Please do give customer services a call as they will have to fully register your details, then pass you over to the unlocking team to complete the unlock.
