Just looking for some advice on unlocking my iphone, I keep getting this messsage: SORRY - WE CAN'T PROCESS YOUR UNLOCK REQUEST RIGHT NOW

EE did ask you to phone to sort it out. Try Skype on the landline nos. in my sig.
Did you buy this device yourself new direct from EE or is it 2nd-hand? The process & costs are different.

The device was bought via EE and is out of contract since January after a 24 month contract. The phone was a replacement via EE insurance but I have had it over 6months so it should be simple process according to the EE website. Also apparently those bought after 2015 should unlock automatically after 18 months anyway...
I will try via Skype but probably too late in UK at the moment. Was hoping there was a more efficient communication solution...

This is EE !
Most likely as it was an insurance replacement EE have no record of it & the unlocking form won't work.
