Hi, I am really disappointed with EE service.  My mistake I bought this EE mobile. I requested the unlock code a month ago. EE  keeps making promises but not fullfilling.  Not received the unlocking code even month after. 😞

Hi,  

 

You will have to call EE on 150 from any EE phone or the number in my signature as there is no account access on these forums.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Hi Karen, Last week you told me that my mobile will be unlocked within 24 hours. Not sure if EE keep forgeting to unlock my phone. It has been over a month .....:-(

Thanks for your advice. I have called 150 few times. Same answer every
time. Your mobile will be unlocked within next few days. I don't want
other people to be in same situation.

@Shab   And when you requested this to be unlocked did you use the correct IMEI number of the device ?  

 

Just to add EE will not unlock a device thats a contract device if it's under 6 months old from the time of purchase from EE,

Hi Richard, I bought this mobile phone about a month ago. I bought it From EE store. Since I have been  contacting EE to find out the update regarding the unlock of mobile phone. Every time I called EE, same  old story. Fed up now

She bought it brand new from the EE store

She brought it PAYG

It has been 1 month since requesting.

Has the device been been used with the EE PAYG SIM card that came with it ?   Has an account been setup for the account?  

 

We we know what device it is and how long they have had it and where and how they got it.
