Unlock my Samsung A3

I have made the request to unlock my phone since April 2017,I have yet to receive a text and now I'm on holiday in Antigua I cannot use my phone as the code has not been sent to me as yet please advise

You will need to contact the unlock team. There is no specific account access on these forums so you will have to call when you return from holiday.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Do you have the number I would prefer to contact them now to sort it out especially as I already paid for it.
