I have a Pay Monthly contract and few months ago I got a replacement iPhone. Today I went to the Unlock page of EE and followed all steps. At the beginning it said that it needs proof that I have a replacement phone.
However, during the process it did not ask whether or not I have one, there was no option to submit any proof of the exchange either.
Will the fee come up with my next bill or will EE notice that it is a replacement?
What do I need to do to proof that it is a replacement?
