Unlock code

I filled in the online request form 4 days ago now (Samsung S8+, 1yr into contract, no outstanding balance) and recieved the email saying I would be sent the code via email or SMS within 72hrs unless delay, in which case I would be notified. I have recieved nothing at all since and was wondering if there is anyway to check what is going on. I am currently abroad, hence the reason for wanting to unlock my phone, so unable to call. I would be grateful for any advice 🙂

You will need to contact the unlocking team, their details should be in the email/text you received.

 

Also check your email spam/junk mail folders.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

An unlocking request can take 10 working days to complete fully.

There is no contact info on the email and I have been checking junk/spam boxes regularly also.

It says if it will take longer than the 72hrs that I would receive updates though and not had anything 😕
