Unlock code not recieved

Hello. 3 days ago order unlock code from EE, 8,99 was deducated from my account XXXXXXXXXXX, but no unlock code in my email: XXXXXXXXXX@gmail.com

 

can you please check status please...

Unlock requests take up to 10 days to process
