@ea84 When you don’t hear anything back it means that 1 you didn’t request the unlock correctly or 2 the device is not eligible to be unlocked.
where did you get the device from? Are you on contract or PAYG ?

Hi, it is an old phone I had that is now out of contract. I am still an EE customer, currently on contract with a Galaxy S8.
I supplied the IMEI and answered all the questions, so I don't know what else to do.

@ea84 Did you give the correct IMEI number? Did you put the phone number that was used in that device? Did you get that device from EE ?

Hi, IMEI was correct and the web form confirmed the phone model. I used my current number which was also used for that phone. I got the device on a previous EE contract so I thought it would be a simple unlock request.
Thank you for your replies. I suppose I can try the web form again.

@ea84 I would call customer servics about this,. Failed once it'll probably fail again.
