Unlock code. Still waiting ...

Filled in online form more than 3 weeks ago. Got email confirmation saying it'll be 10 days. Still waiting! It's my old device just out of contract when I upgraded on 16 March.

Anyone else waited this long. It's ridiculous.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Hi

Ill be ringing on Friday if I've still had no joy.

Its an iPhone 6 I want unlocking.

Just posting here to see if it's normal to wait this long. 😳

3 weeks is a long time to wait for unlocking to take place.

 

It normally takes up to ten days ­– however sometimes it may take longer if we have to contact the manufacturer.

 

If you haven't received your code within ten days and haven't received a text saying we're waiting for the codes from the manufacturer, please get in touch with the customer services team.
