Unlock a second half Pixel from Spain

Hey,

I have purchased a second hand Google Pixel from eBay.

Before buying I checked the IMEI number to ensure it hasn't been lost/stolen.

What would be the process of getting this unlocked as I myself am not an EE customer.

I don't know exactly when started but phone is less than 6 month in contract.

I live in Spain and I can't join to us. What could I do? It's a shame have a phone in power off.

Thank you very much (and sorry for my English)!

Re: Unlock a second half Pixel from Spain

@ppabril EE will not unlock a device that was part of a contract until 6 months have passed starting from the time of purchase from EE.   When 6 months have passed you need to call EE customer services and request this device to be unlock. It will cost you £8.99 and you have to pay via a U.K. Credit/debit card.

Re: Unlock a second half Pixel from Spain

Good Morning @ppabril

You could try and contact the seller via eBay to find out when they purchased the phone.

It will just be 6 months from that date when you can request the unlock.

Hope this helps!

Thanks - Karen. Smiley Happy
