Unlock Microsoft after upgrade

I was wondering how could I unlock my Microsoft lumia 640 from ee to another network. Around 7 months ago upgraded to iPhone.

@Ladydark1990  If you got the device from EE you can click the green wording below and select the correct option that you had this device on.

 

you will need to manually enter the IMEI number of your device you want to unlock so you’ll need to select not this device or you’ll request the unlock of your current device and you do put the number that was used in that device even if your using that number in your new device.

Where did you get this device originally? Did you buy it yourself new direct from EE or from a reseller or is it 2nd-hand? The unlocking process & costs are different. Was it on contract or PAYG? How old is it?
