I have a google pixel which has clean bill of health and has been demeed fit for unlocking by EE. I have paid my £8.99 and yet the phone is still locked.
The first EE rep i spoke with explained that I would recieve an email with a code within 10 days. This did not arrive.
The Second EE Rep explained that I needed to wait 48hrs and then put a non EE sim into the device connect to WiFi and an over the air software update would unlock the phone. This hasn't happened.
The third EE rep has told me th phone is unlocked. I assured him it wasn't.
I am now at a loss as to what to do. Surely EE can unlock the device?

We do not have access to your account here in the community so cannot check what the status of the unlock is.
I know you've spoken to them a few times already, but, I recommend giving the customer service team another call to look for a resolution.
