I requested an unlock on 12th August but I've never received another email with the code in order to unlock it nor a text message saying that it would take longer.
I tried to put in a Sim from another network but it is asking for a NCK code which I don't have.
I need it to be unlocked as I have a PAC code which will run out.

Have you checked the spam folder in your emails? Sometimes the email ends up there depending on your email provider.
If it isn't there, please get in touch with our customer services so that they can chase this up for you as soon as possible.

Yes I have checked my spam folder and there isn't any emails there.
I will have to call customer service, it's just frustrating that it has not been dealt with properly already.
