I am in The United States and have been trying to Unlock my current device since December 19th. I've spoken to countless people on the phone at EE (costing me a small fortune) yet still I have not been able to use my U.S. sim card in this device. I have recieved 3 text messages from EE telling me my phone is already unlocked and I haven't been charged the unlocking fee.... The device remains locked. I am now out of phone reception for 5 days by which time I need to be able to switch sim cards.

@ejaw06 You should of been sent a text with the unlock code.
This will get the attention of one of the CS team on here but this will be tomorrow now and they will be able to help you.
