@Profile closed : Where did you get this device originally? Did you buy it yourself new direct from EE or from a reseller or is it 2nd-hand? The unlocking process & costs are different. Was it on contract or PAYG? How old is it?

@Profile closed : I don't delete a/c's. You may be able to do it yourself from your Settings/ Personal/ Close Account . If not, you'll need to ask 1 of the EE Staff here to do it for you.
