When I get to the end of the online form i get a message saying " sorry something has gone wrong and we are unable to complete your request please go through the form and check everything is correct?? Can you help me please

@Nikeekid: Did you buy this device yourself new direct from EE or is it 2nd-hand? The process & costs are different.
If it is 2nd-hand or not bought directly from EE, you can't use the online form to unlock it.

@Nikeekid If your having issues with the online unlocking form just call customer services.

I would if i had time to, im a delivery driver working 50+ hrs a week buy the time i finish work at night they are closed
