I decided to port my number from O2 to EE. I got EE payasyougo card, toped it up for £15 to get data, free calls and text. I requested to port my O2 number online on December 27. Now is 4 January and still there is nothing done. I thought it's time to make a call to EE customer service. And to my surprise I got the answer that you have to pay for talking with customer service and I have to top up again. Seriously? I have to pay to tell you that you are not doing your job properly? Amazing.
Hello @alant79 sorry to hear you are still waiting for your number to port in. There is a 25p charge to connect to customer service through 150 yes but you can still contact customer service from another phone on 07953 966 250 who can check on the progress for you. 🙂
