Phone sim permanently locked

Hi, Please tell me how I can unlock my phone. It says SIM PERM LOCKED aftered I entered the puck and new sim 10 times.

You can try with to Log in

My EE.

Manage your device

Then show my puk code.

Sounds to me as tho' OP has already tried this & got it wrong 10 times. Now needs a new SIM.

You are correct OP need a new sim card as he already use 10 time his puk code.

Were you trying to enter an unlocking code to use your phone with a SIM from another network or entering a PUK code to unlock your SIM card?
