Phone Unlock Delay

I’ve requested a phone unlock on the online form. This went through okay and I received an email stating it takes 72 hours or 10 days- plus that if it takes 10 days I would be informed by email which hasn’t been done. I’m stuck as I need to use a French SIM card for where I am living now and I’m just waiting on this unlock....

Is it more than 10 days since you made the request? If not then you need to wait up to 10 days. If the device still isn't unlocked you will need to call the unlocking team.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
