Old device unlock but still have original number and sim in new phone how cani d

Hi have galaxy  note 8 old device now have s10 5g, upgraded and swapped sim into new phone. So how do I unlock old note 10 without it having a sim In it please? Appreciate the help

If the device had been on your contract for at least 6 months, even if that contract has now been cancelled, you can just apply using the Unlocking your device form as the Pay Monthly option and giving the mobile number that it originally came with. It will first show your new current phone on that number, if any, & ask whether that is the device you want to unlock? If not, you will then have to type in the IMEI of the old phone.

@XRaySpeX   Even if that reply is 7 hours after the information has been given ?   You still gave the same link to the unlock page and the information provided in that page.  And it’s not complex you just click what’s applicable by reading the options as you would have to even without your input.  

A simple click of the solution would have sufficed.
