No email received

Hi, I had a text regarding the unblocking info I had requested had been sent to my email but I have looked and looked in spam folder too but it hasn't arrived!

You will have to ring customer service and speak to them if you have not received an email, but wait until the morning as there is no-one  to answer your call right now.
