My phone has been stopped even though I have and extension until 2/1/2018, help

I have agreed to pay my bill on the 2/1/2018 yet on Xmas eve last night my phone has been cut off, even though I only spoke to somebody 5 days ago and agreed to pay on the date above. I need my phone reconnected I live on my own and have had no contact with my family this Christmas as I can not ring them.

It won't get un-suspended until you pay the outstanding amount on 2 Jan & they process it.
