My phone has been blocked and EE said I need to talk to the Fraud unit.. I can only email them and they haven’t got back to me. I use my phone for work and have lost 2 days work because of it. Is there a number I can call as I need to have this unblocked asap

When you spoke with our mobile care team did they advise a time scale as to when the team will get back to you?

They said 48 hours that was yesterday but I’m guessing no one will be there today or tomorrow. Again Monday I will be losing another days work and clients.. 😬

i sent three emails on Friday and another one this morning. I have been checking spam and junk as well. I don’t understand why there isn’t a phone number to contact them as I can’t work until this is sorted out.
