My number has not ported and im unable to use my number that u want to port

Called cs to port my number wednesday  1/3/2017 and was told it would port on thursday 2/3/2017  my own number wich was giff gaff has nit been able to receive calls txts since 7am on 2/3  and the number still is not ported
