Invalid sim

My sim is not working because the phone number xxxxxxxxxxx I put sim pin and I forgot pin and they blocked my number xxxxxxxxxxxl want puk number and pin

@Abenezer: You'll find your PUK in your MyEE under Manage Device.

If you log into MyEE you will be able to obtain your PUK code from there otherwise please contact technical support on 0800 956 3146.
