Not possible. 

 

You have been scammed. You should have realised this when you got an "amazing deal". You should report this as a crime to the police. 

 

There is nothing which can be done and EE won't help you.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

@Mare2k: If you mean that its IMEI is blacklisted, then EE cannot unblock it for you. They will only unblock it for the original owner & won't even discuss it with you.

 

The Galaxy G9 has only been on sale since March. In all probability the original owner has sold this phone to you when it less than 6 months old, which is against EE T&Cs, and has then claimed it to be lost or stolen. You are probably the victim of a fraud.
