@Shofiqmoon : Did you buy this device yourself new direct from EE or is it 2nd-hand? The unlocking process & costs are different. Is it on contract or PAYG? How old is it?

This is my contract phone ,when i took this contract i am realky struggling can you please sen me the unlock code by email ASAP.

@Shofiqmoon click the green wording below and you have to select the correct option that is applicable to you. If you didn’t get the device yourself from EE you have to call customer services and pay the unlock fee of £8.99 and this is payable via a UK credit/debt card.

No one will email you from here & would be unable to unlock your phone anyway.
As long as you bought it direct from EE, if the device had been on your contract for at least 6 months, even if that contract has now been cancelled, you can just apply using the Unlocking your device form as the Pay Monthly option and giving the mobile number that it originally came with. It will first show your new current phone on that number, if any, & ask whether that is the device you want to unlock? If not, you will then have to type in the IMEI of the old phone.
