I require a new nano sim, I am an existing orange customer.

I require a new nano sim for my new Samsung s6, also I understand that orange do not have high street shops to visit, I have been a loyal customer for 20 years but considering a change to EE as long as I can keep my contact number and tariff.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Just pop into an EE store and request a sim replacement.

Or you can do it via your online account.

Went to an EE store, turned away as I am orange, they did explain that there are no orange stores that's why I'm on this site and they charge for requesting on line, cheers for the help tho.

They shouldn't have turned you away. Next time ask to speak to a manager.

And I believe it is now free to request online or am I wrong?
