I requested phone unlock at an EE shop 20 days ago and have receceived no confirmation text. I'm abroad now but EE contact number 150 only gives me top up options, how can I speak to an operator to speed things up? I could really do with this now as I am in my home country of Spain and would like to use my Spanish sim om my ee device while I am not in the UK

@Jonathan71 Did you get this device yourself from EE, Or is it 2nd Hand ?
