Hello there @nonna

Welcome to the community.

It can take up to ten days to receive your unlock code – however sometimes it may take longer if we have to contact the manufacturer.

If you haven’t received your code within ten days and haven’t received a text saying we’re waiting for the codes from the manufacturer, please get in touch.

Thanks, Leanne.

@nonna how long ago did you apply for unlock code? It takes around 6-10 days but can be quicker.

Have you tried a none EE sim in the phone to see if unlocked already. I didn't receive code to unlock my S7 but was unlocked 3 days after I sent request

@nonna definitely try a none EE sim. If not unlocked then give CS a call.

Let me know the outcome please
