I tryed to call on 0800 956 6000 but is not possible from my new vodafone phone. I also tryed use a form for pay monthly but my contract already finish. I got an email "Thank you for your request to unlock your device." but not sure everything is good bcs I dont have any EE contract at the moment so how they will charge me for unlocking? My phone is over 24months so I must to pay for unlocking still?

@Wiktus08   No it’s free to unlock if you got the device yourself from EE.   You can use the form but you have to fill it out with the number you used on EE and a contact number.
