I have put my SIM card into another phone and I am being asked for my PUK code?

It's because you have put the SIM unlock code in wrong three times. 

 

You need to log into your online account and obtain your PUK code.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Hi Northemer,

Thank you for your time and help, I stupidly didn't register my phone! What makes the problem worse is I changed networks and kept my old number - nightmare lol

If you're unable to access your PUK code in your online account, I'd recommend contacting our customer service team who will be able to retrieve it for you 🙂
